PLEASE SUPPORT THIS HAITI CAUSE

The eighth graders have placed their traditional reading on hold and have been studying the country of Haiti. Daily articles from the Boston Globe and Time Magazine triggered these students into action. They want to do more, raise money, help in SOME WAY!! The classes made a majority decision to design and order "Hope For Haiti" bracelets in traditional Haitian royal blue and red colors. The devastating earthquake date, January 12, 2010, is also debossed in these silicone gems.

Posters and banners have been printed and placed around the middle school. Now the passion for action begins. Students will be selling the bracelets for 3 dollars a piece. They ask and need all of your support. They crave success of their own and are committed to lending helping hands to the families of Haiti. Let's assist our students as they continue to learn lessons of community service.
